Ordering On Our Website

We’re often asked about the process of ordering through our website. We answer preliminary questions about building your order and deciding what you want in this blog

By this point, we assume you know what you want and you’re ready to add items to your cart. (Or maybe you have already!)

 

So here are the steps to check out!

 

Step 1: Add items to your cart through the product page, availability section, or “Available Now” page. Make sure you’re adding all of your items for the correct ship week!

 

Step 2: Click “cart.”

 

Step 3: Click on items in cart.

This will take you to the review page.

 

Step 4: Check to make sure all of the items you are getting are set for the right ship week and have the right totals. While on this page, you can type in your zip code to get a freight quote. 

 

You’ll see your full order total before logging in or creating an account. 

 

Step 5: If you’d like to move forward, click the green “Checkout” button.

 

Step 6: You have three options for checking out. You can sign into an existing account, create a new account, or check out as a guest.

We’re going to proceed like you’re creating a new account. 

 

Step 7: Fill out your information as directed. You’ll see a checkbox here that has you certify that you are a business. This is because we are strictly wholesale (business-to-business). Since we do not charge sales tax, you have to be tax-exempt to order from us. You can read more about that here

 

Step 8: The next screen will prompt you to enter your shipping address. Even if you are picking up your order, you’ll need to enter a shipping address to complete your profile. You will have the option to select pickup in a few screens.

 

Step 9: You’ll need to enter your payment information here. If you are paying by card, you will review the total before paying. If you are paying by PayPal, it is PayPal’s policy to have you check out right then. If you check out through PayPal, you must continue the checkout process on our website after paying through PayPal. Otherwise, we’ll receive your payment but not your order. You should also be able to select that you will be checking out with a PO number.

 

Step 10: On the last page, you get a final look at your order (before checking out). On this page, you will be able to select “pickup” if you want to get your order at our location. 

You’ll see your order total with all the fees broken down for you.

If you’re a school and you’re using a PO number to check out, you’ll be able to enter that PO number on this final page.

There’s a spot to leave comments if there’s anything specific you need us to know about this order.

As you’re verifying the order by typing your name in the square at the bottom, you’ll see what total, if any, that you’ll be charged today. Our system charges you for any order shipping within the next three weeks.

 

Step 11: After you’ve typed your name, your last step is to click the green checkout button. If you don’t click this button, your order will not be placed.

You should be taken to a confirmation screen where you’ll see your order number. You should also receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see this screen or receive this email, your order likely has not been placed.
