Along with a wide variety of annual and perennial starter plants, we offer our customers plastic supplies, such as empty trays, pots, and hanging baskets. A lot of hardgoods suppliers that sell these items have truckload minimums for orders. We were given the opportunity to stand in the middle and offer our customers the best quality products in the industry in smaller quantities.

Product details
Our products originate from East Jordan Plastics. Their trays, pots, and baskets are of the highest quality we’ve seen in the industry. Their company is focused on sustainability and prides itself on its recycling efforts to reduce the amount of plastics going into landfills.
How hardgoods supplies are listed online
We’ve taken a select number of items and listed them by category on our website. We try to make choosing your supplies as easy as possible with pictures, case sizes, and prices all listed on each product page. You can also find links to compatible supplies when applicable on each product page. If you have any questions, our office staff is more than happy to help!
How plastic supplies ship
Almost all of our supplies are drop-shipped from our supplier in Tennessee. We do maintain an inventory of a select number of supplies at our location at certain times throughout the year. With the supply shortage looming over the industry, it is best to reach out to us about availability before showing up at our location. Our office staff will know whether or not we have the item you are looking for on hand. Most orders drop-ship via FedEx or UPS Ground service from Tennessee. Pick-up for these items is only an option if we have that item on hand at our location.
Shipping charges for supply orders may look a bit high on our website. This is due to an algorithm attempting to guess what the carrier companies will be charging. If you are unsure about the freight quote you are seeing, let us know and we can generate an actual quote from our supplier. Rest assured that even if you do not reach out for an accurate quote, we will refund any overcharge for shipping once your order is invoiced.
Availability
Due to the supply chain issues that still affect the industry, once we receive an order or an inquiry about an item, we reach out to our supplier to check on the availability of the requested items. Once we’ve heard back, we will contact our customers to let them know if the item is available. At that time, we can discuss substitutions or other options if the need arises. Even if the availability on our website says the item is available, we may still be reaching out to you. Our availability for supplies is manually input with the most recent information we are given, so it is not always 100% accurate.
Once an item is available, we recommend shipping that order. Pre-booking trays, pots, and baskets does not work as well as pre-booking plants because we are not in control of the inventory. With the demand for plastics in the industry, our supplier is not set up in a way to hold inventory to ship at a later date.
So if you are booking supplies for your future needs (which you absolutely should be doing), your best option is to get those items in as soon as possible and store them on-site. If you do not have the space to store them, we can keep the order on the books, but we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock at your requested ship time and we cannot ensure that the price will remain the same. Our prices are subject to the supplier pricing.
